This editorial wedding was staged at the event space of top San Francisco event designer Robert Fountain. Traditional bridal tones of blush and ivory were used for the ceremony, where our team created a custom floral arch filled with peonies and roses. These tones were also reflected in the stationery suite, where we took inspiration from the property’s beautiful weeping willow.
The key colors for the reception were antique gold and the softest French blue. Appropriately, the tables were decorated with Limoges gilt-edged china and cut crystal stemware. We blended old-world elements with modern touches, most notably by including acrylic dining chairs.
As a fresh take on “something blue,” the bride wore robin’s egg blue velvet Manolo Blahniks.
